2025 Ballot Initiative Survey

About the Survey

The 2025 Ballot Initiative Survey was conducted from January 7 to January 16, 2025, targeting likely voters who are legal residents and registered to vote in Idaho. Respondents were contacted through a mix of SMS, email, landline and cell phones. The sample was designed to be representative of Idaho's likely voter population, reflecting both geographic and demographic diversity. There were a total of 376 completed surveys with a margin of error of ±5% and confidence interval of 95%. Final results were weighted by gender to match the demographic profile of Idaho's electorate. The survey addressed numerous ballot initiative issues, including methods for signature collection and financial disclosure requirements.

Key Findings

Disclaimer: The percentage shown for support in this poll should be viewed as a minimum level rather than the maximum potential support for the issue. Some respondents may have chosen to either: 1) refuse to answer or 2) select a neutral stance on the question. Selecting these options does not necessarily indicate a lack of opinion, either currently or in the future. These individuals might shift their views or form an opinion later, suggesting that the current support figures could likely increase over time. Therefore, when interpreting these poll results, consider them as baseline levels of support, not as ceilings.
